Registration > Registration Fees

The registration fees have been adjusted to cover the logistic costs that remain after the sponsorship support

Early registration deadline: April 30, 2018.

Early Registration Fee for MOS members

  • 160 € for a student (with student ID or age less or equal to 26); only PhD, graduate and under-graduate students do qualify for this satus; Post-Docs do NOT;
  • 240 € for a retiree;
  • 360 € for a standard registration other than the two above.

The registration fees do not include the MOS membership.

Extra Fee for other cases

  • an extra 100 € is due for non MOS members; (it is  waived for online registration of attendees from companies that are based in Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine given the Region's sponsorship)
  • an extra 100 € shall be due for late registrations (i.e. after April 30);
  • an extra 50 € shall be due for registrations on site (on top of the late registration fee).

One-Day Registration Fee (for companies only, not renewable)

Business visitors from small firms and larger companies who come to attend specific talks can requested short term pass by registering online; an extra 50€ is due for onsite registration.

  • Half-a-day pass for 60 €; it is  free of charge for online registration of attendees from firms/companies that are based in Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine given the Region's sponsorship
  • One-day pass for 120 €; it is 50 € for online registration of attendees from firms/companies that are based in Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine given  the Region's sponsorship
  • Two-day pass for 200 €; it is 100 € for online registration of attendees from firms/companies that are based in Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine given  the Region's sponsorship.

The pass gives access to the presentations and the exhibitors, but not to any of the social happenings to which one must register separately.

Participation to Special Events

A modest participation is further required for special events :

  • Conference-Gala-Dinner: 60 € for registered attendees  (20 € for students and assimilated), 100 € for accompanying persons, free for committee members who contributed to the organization;
  • Farwell-Party: 20 € for for registered attendees  (10 € for students and assimilated), 40 € for accompanying persons, free for committee members who contributed to the organization;
  • The Wine Tasting: 5€ for registered attendees; 40 € for accompanying persons;

All other events are free of extra charge but the number of participants is restricted: the access is authorized to those who have registered in due time (on a first come first served basis).

Extra Cost for special purchases with early registrations

  • 20 € for the conference TShirt  with the conference logo (S, M, L or XL) only avaible with early registrations
  • 50 € for a printed version of the full book of abstracts. (the book of abstracts will be freely avaiable in its lectronic form) only avaible with early registrations

Registration Policy

  • All rates are in euro and include of taxes
  • Your registration fee admits you to all technical sessions and plenary presentations, the Sunday Welcome Reception, the coffee breaks and the exhibit hall.
  • Refunds/cancellations: must be received in writing (email to ismp@adera.fr) no later than June 1, 2018 for a refund less 100€ processing fee. There is no cancelation fee for candatides who have seen their visa application turned down provided they can send us an attestation of this refusal before June 1.
  • All attendees, including speakers, session chairs, invited speakers, committee members,  and student staff must register and pay the registration fee.
  • One-day registration are available for indsutrial visitors only.
  • The Wednesday, July 4 conference dinner and the farwell party require a separate fee
  • Register early–save time and money! At the meeting, you can go directly to advance registration to pick up your badge and materials.
  • Name badges are required for ISMP sessions and functions.
