Registration > Registration Process

The information that are requested in the registration form are:

  • your name (max16 characters)
  • your first name (max 12 characters)
  • your middle name initials (max 2 characters)
  • your email
  • the institution's name that you wish to have on your name tag
  • your mode of payment: money transfer, or credit card
  • your billing institution's name and address
  • your MOS membership status: member yes or no (this can be checked on line with MOS)
  • your seniority status: student (or les than 26 years or age), retieree, or standard
  • your invitation status: invited speakers, ...

As entrance shall be strictly controled by security personnel, it is mandatory to register of each special event. Moreover builing capacities are strictly enforced which induces a restriction on the number of registrations that are delivered on a first-come first-served basis. Opening ceremony, Plenary and Semi-Plenaries are retransmitted by streaming to other rooms.

Lost Access Recovery / How to authenticate

  1. Check your mail box (and spam) for the email "[ISMP2018] Access to your profile" and follow instructions
  2. Or ask for a new mail :
  3. Go to https://ismp2018.u-bordeaux.fr/register
  4.   Click on "Already Registered: click here for Access Recovery"
  5.   Enter your email + OK
  6.   Check your email (and spam) for the mail "[ISMP2018] Access to your profile" and follow instructions

Talk and abstract modification

  1. Authenticate yourself using your secret access URL sent by email (if lost, go to the Lost Access Recovery / How to authenticate procedure above)
  2. Then go to https://ismp2018.u-bordeaux.fr/submission
  3. Do the needed modifications
  4. Click on the Submit button

Event Registration: 

Wine Tasting on Sunday 2:00pm - 3:30pm (D), or 3:30pm - 5:00pm (E), or 5:00pm-6:30pm - (F), or  6:30pm - 8pm (G) ----- (450 entrances per time slot)

Opening ceremony and Plenary on Monday 9am - 12am (A) ----- (1400 entrances)

MPC editorial board meeting 12:30am - 1:30pm  (C) (register only if you have been invited to the meeting)----- (30 entrances)

Semi-Plenary on Monday 1:30pm - 2:30pm (D) ----- (1400 entrances)

MOS council meeting 6:30pm - 7:30pm (F) (register only if you have been invited to the meeting) ----- (30 entrances)

Semi-Plenary on Tuesday 11:00am - 12:00am (B) ----- (1400 entrances)

MPA/B editorial board meeting 12:00am - 1:00pm  (C) (register only if you have been invited to the meeting)----- (30 entrances)

Plenary on Tuesday 1:30pm - 2:30pm (D) ----- (1400 entrances)

MOS Business meeting 5:00pm - 6:30pm (E) (open to all) ----- (280 entrances)

Optimization Discussion Groups 6:40pm - 7:40pm (G) (open to all) ----- (600 entrances)

Semi-Plenary on Wednesday 11:00am - 12:00am (B) ----- (1400 entrances)

Meeting of MOS and Springer delegations on Wednesday 12:15am - 13:15am (C) (register only if you have been invited to the meeting)----- (30 entrances)
